This summer is especially hot and in big cities such as Madrid, the city council anticipated their protocol actions against high temperatures. An example of it was the early opening of the Madrid Río urban beach by the end of April. More than 6500 m2 divided into 3 areas where everyone can enjoy its playable fountains, misty water jets and enough space to rest and refresh that will delight people from all ages.
According to the Madrid City Council information, the timetable will be from 11 am to 9 pm and it is planned to open until September but it will all depend on the weather conditions.
Water treatment and sanitization is guaranteed in order to be of no harm to users’ heath and water tanks are cleaned accordingly.
Stainless steel is an ally of this kind of water application, open to the public, located outdoors and made to improve the quality of life in our cities. Durability, excellent hygienic and aesthetic properties and the ease of maintenance are some of the features that make stainless steel ideal for our urban environment.
An initiative of this kind makes our city more attractive and friendly to live in, creating opportunities for residents who cannot or do not want to go away during these hot summer days.
